"Beyond Expectations" Is about working towards your dream no matter the negativity that comes your way and sticking to your plan even when no one else believes you. The guy holding the balloons is rising above the clouds sticking to his goals. The paper planes are the people who talk about doing it but never putting action behind their words. It looks good I  theory but eventually its gonna come falling down. The single balloons are for people who put action behind their plan but didn't stick with it it could of worked out but in life circumstances happen and sometimes you have to divert from the plan.
